The Village Roofing That Fixes What Can Be Fixed

We handle roof repair, roof replacement, inspections, storm damage repair and gutters for homeowners in The Village and nearby Nichols Hills and Warr Acres. If a repair will keep your home dry for years, that is what we recommend. If the roof is past saving, we show you why and walk you through what a new roof would involve.

  • Repair options explained first
  • Photos of what we find
  • Line-item written estimates
  • Yard cleaned every day

What We Do on Your Roof

Our crew has 30+ years of roofing experience, we hold an Oklahoma CIB roofing license, and the work we finish is backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty. Most calls start with a drip in a bedroom, a few shingles in the yard or questions after hail. We sort out whether you need roof repair, storm damage repair, a full new roof or new gutters, and we start with the smallest job that truly solves the problem.

  • Roof Replacement

A full tear-off and new roof for your home when repairs no longer make sense, with the decking checked and every step explained.

  • Roof Repair

Leaks, lifted shingles, cracked pipe boots and loose flashing traced to the real entry point and repaired, so a sound roof stays in service longer.

  • Roof Inspections

A close look at your shingles, flashing, attic and gutters, with photos and a clear answer on whether a repair will do.

  • Storm Damage Repair

After hail or high wind, we check your roof, photograph what the storm did and repair what can be repaired before anyone talks about a new roof.

  • Gutters

Leaking seams, sagging runs and overflowing downspouts repaired where it makes sense, with new gutters only when the old ones are worn out.

How a Job Runs From First Call to Cleanup

Most homeowners want to know what happens next and when. Here is how we work.

  1. 1

    A phone conversation

Describe what's going on, maybe a brown spot on the ceiling, granules piling up at the downspouts or just a roof that's getting older. We pick a time that suits you to come out.

  2. 2

A careful look at your roof

We check shingles, flashing, vents, gutters and, when we can get to it, the attic. We take photos of anything that matters.

  3. 3

    Your options, explained

We sit down with you, show you the photos and tell you whether a repair will do the job or whether a new roof makes more sense. You get a written estimate either way.

  4. 4

    The work day

We protect your landscaping, handle the permit when one is needed and keep you updated on progress. If we uncover something unexpected, you hear about it first, and nothing extra happens without your say.

  5. 5

    Cleanup and walkthrough

We haul away debris, sweep for nails and walk the finished work with you so you know exactly what was done.

Why Homeowners Call Us First

Nobody enjoys being sold a roof they did not need. We show you what is wrong, what it takes to fix it and what you can safely wait on.

We price the repair first
A lifted shingle, a cracked pipe boot or a loose section of flashing is often the whole story. We quote that fix first. When a roof is worn through, we explain the signs, like brittle shingles, granule loss across every slope or soft decking, so the decision makes sense to you.
You see what we see
We take photos on your roof and walk you through them on the ground. You don't have to climb a ladder or take our word for it.
Estimates you can read
Your estimate lists each part of the job on its own line: tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, vents and cleanup. If something changes once old shingles come off, we stop and talk with you, and no extra work happens without your okay.
Your yard treated with care
We cover plants near the house, keep the driveway clear where we can and run a magnet over the lawn for nails at the end of each day.
Calm help after a storm
Hail and wind claims can feel confusing. We record the damage clearly and explain how the process usually goes, while your adjuster makes the coverage decisions.

A Roofer Who Would Rather Fix It Right Than Sell You More

Our view is simple. A good roofer should know the difference between a roof that needs a careful repair and one that has reached the end of its life, and should say so plainly. Too many homeowners get pushed toward the bigger job when a few hours of solid work would have kept them dry for years.

Many homes in the area have a few decades behind them, with older flashing, past patch jobs and attic ventilation that was never quite right. We take time to understand how your roof has been treated, and only then do we recommend anything. When a new roof truly is the better investment, we explain it in terms you can weigh: how long a repair would last, what it would cost over time and what a new roof gets you instead.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

Something not covered here? (405) 849-7849

How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?

It comes down to how widespread the wear is. Damage in one area, a failed pipe boot or loose flashing usually calls for a repair. If shingles are brittle and losing granules on every slope, or the decking is soft in several places, patching starts to cost more than it saves. We show you photos and explain which side of that line your roof is on.

My ceiling has a water stain. Does that mean the roof is shot?

Usually not. Many leaks trace back to a single spot, like flashing around a chimney or a vent boot that has cracked. Water can travel along rafters until it finds a place to show up, so we track it back to the real entry point and fix that.

Will you help with my insurance claim after hail?

Yes, within limits. We photograph hail hits, bruised shingles and dented vents, write up what we found, and we're glad to meet your adjuster on the roof if you'd like. We'll walk you through the usual steps of a claim. Coverage is your insurer's call, so we never promise what a policy will pay.

How long does a new roof take?

Most full reroofs on a typical home take one to two days of work, depending on size, pitch and how much decking needs attention. Weather can shift the schedule, and we let you know if it does. We give you a clear start date once materials are ordered.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

We can talk through what usually drives the cost, but we don't put a number on a job we haven't seen. Pitch, layers, decking and flashing can change the work a lot. Once we've looked at your roof, you get a written estimate with every item on its own line.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not necessarily. We do ask that cars be moved out of the driveway and pets kept inside. We will check in with you at the start and walk the finished work with you at the end.

Should I get new gutters at the same time as a new roof?

If your gutters are sagging, pulling away or rusting through, doing both together saves a second setup and lets us tie in the drip edge properly. If they are in good shape, we leave them alone and just make sure they drain well.

How often should I have my roof inspected?

Once a year is a good habit, plus a look after any strong hail or wind. Catching a loose shingle or a lifted flashing early is how a small repair stays small.

The Things That Set the Price of Roof Work

Every roof is different, so we only quote after we've seen yours. One repair might take a few hours on a single slope. A full reroof rests on everything from the ridge line down to the decking. These are the factors that weigh most.

After we look at your roof, you get a written estimate that breaks out every item. We review it with you and answer your questions before we ever talk about a start date.

Roof size and pitch
More roof calls for more material and more labor. A steep pitch slows the crew and needs extra safety setup, which adds time.
Layers being torn off
Some older homes have two layers of shingles. Stripping both takes longer and fills more of the dumpster.
Condition of the decking
Soft or rotted plywood beneath the shingles has to be replaced so the new roof sits on solid ground. We usually can't see it until tear-off, so we explain up front how any decking work would be priced.
The material you pick
Standard architectural shingles, impact-rated shingles and metal each have their own price and lifespan. Since spring hail is common here, impact-rated options deserve a conversation.
Vents, openings and flashing
Chimneys, skylights, valleys and plumbing vents all need careful flashing. A roof with many of them takes more time than a simple gable.
Permits and gutters
Most full reroofs need a permit, and we include that cost in the estimate. New gutters put on with the roof appear as their own line.
