Where Our Work Takes Us

We're based in The Village, and a lot of our jobs sit just down the road in Nichols Hills, Warr Acres, Bethany and Oklahoma City. We also travel out to Edmond, Yukon, Piedmont, Midwest City, Del City and Spencer. If you live somewhere between those towns, bring it up when you call. There's a good chance we're already working close by.

How far we drive has no effect on how we treat a roof. First we find what's causing the problem, such as a lifted shingle, a cracked pipe boot or flashing pulling loose from a chimney. Then we price the repair. If the roof is close to worn out, we say so and explain what roof replacement would take, so the decision is yours without any pressure.

What Roofs Face Across the Metro

  1. 01

    Spring hail and wind

Hail and straight-line wind come through central Oklahoma most springs. Hail can bruise shingles and knock off the granules that protect them, and wind lifts tabs that then let water in. Our storm damage repair work starts with photos of what we find, so you can see the damage for yourself before you decide on a claim.

  2. 02

    Winter ice and summer heat

Ice storms load gutters and can push water back under the roof edge. Long, hot summers dry out shingles and sealant. Both wear a roof down faster at the edges and around vents, which is why those are the first places we check on a roof inspection.

  3. 03

    Older homes and newer ones

Many neighborhoods across the metro have mid-century ranch homes with low-slope sections, past repairs and sometimes more than one layer of shingles. Newer subdivisions have their own issues, like complex rooflines with lots of valleys. We read what's on your roof before we suggest anything.

  4. 04

    Permits and HOA rules

Each city in the metro sets its own permit rules for reroofing, and some neighborhoods have HOA guidelines on shingle color or style. We check what applies to your address before work starts, so there are no surprises halfway through the job.

  5. 05

    Gutters that keep up

Heavy spring downpours overwhelm small or clogged gutters fast. Our gutter work focuses on sizing, pitch and downspout placement so water leaves the roof edge and moves away from your foundation.
