A fix when a fix will hold, a new roof when it won't: (405) 849-7849

The Roofers in The Village Who Ask If a Repair Will Do

Every visit starts with one question: can this roof be fixed? Often it can. When it can't, we show you why, walk you through what replacement involves and let you decide without pressure. Here's how we work and what you can expect when we come out to your home.

Why we start with the repair question

Plenty of roofs get replaced a few years early. A few lifted shingles, a cracked pipe boot or a short run of worn flashing can let water in and stain a ceiling, and it's easy to assume the whole roof is finished. Most of the time the problem is smaller than it looks, and a focused repair fixes it with far less cost and disruption.

So we look before we recommend. We check the decking for soft spots, the flashing where the roof meets chimneys and walls, the vents and boots, and the shingles themselves for granule loss and brittleness. We photograph what we find so you can see it too, not just hear about it.

Sometimes the honest answer is replacement. When shingles are brittle on every slope, when spring hail has bruised the mat across the whole roof, or when repairs keep stacking up year after year, patching only delays the bill. Then we explain what we saw, what a new roof involves and why we think it's the better use of your money. The choice stays with you.

How we work on your roof

  1. 01

    Photos before opinions

Every visit ends with pictures of what we found, good and bad. You see the same cracked boot or lifted tab we saw, so a recommendation never rests on our word alone.

  2. 02

    Estimates broken into lines

Your estimate lists the work piece by piece: shingles, underlayment, flashing, any decking that needs replacing and disposal. If something changes once old material comes off, we stop and talk with you before going further.

  3. 03

A careful guest at your home

We cover plantings near the walls and keep the driveway usable where we can. At the end of each work day the crew walks the lawn and flower beds with a nail sweeper, so you aren't stepping on roofing scraps a week later.

  4. 04

    Plain talk about insurance

After hail or wind, we document the damage and explain how a claim usually moves. Your adjuster decides coverage. We make sure you understand what's actually on the roof.
